The Technique Edit is a private 3–4 hour training session focused entirely on improving your technique. We’ll watch you work, go through your process step by step, make adjustments and give you honest feedback.

Currently, we offer technique training in sugaring, lash extensions and facial techniques such as cleansing, toweling, hand & arm massage, facial massage, gua sha, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning. Your session can be tailored around the specific areas you want more help with.

We recommend choosing one or two skills so there’s enough time to really work through each one without rushing.

Yes, we highly recommend having a model available, especially for virtual technique training. Being able to watch you perform the service allows us to give much more specific feedback and make adjustments in real time. For in-person technique training your coach may be a model for you as well!

Yes! Set up your camera so we can clearly see you and your model while you work. We’ll watch your technique, talk you through adjustments, answer questions, and have you make changes as you go.

Yes. Private in-person Technique Edit sessions are available at our spa locations in Enumclaw and Issaquah, Washington. 

Possibly! Depending on your location, we may be able to come to you. Travel fees will apply based on distance and location.

No. The Technique Edit is for professionals who have already been trained in the service and want additional help refining their technique. If you’re learning a new service and need full training and certification, choose The Certification Edit instead.
