How It Works

1. Submit your details
Fill out our intake form and tell us what you need. Include your current menu, the products you use, your target client, and any services you want to add or update. The more detail the better!

2. We send you an estimate
We review everything you send and send you an estimate on how many hours it may take to complete the job - along with any follow up questions or clarifications. We offer a complimentary 30-minute call if you’d like to discuss in detail questions before getting started.

3. We get to work
We get started on your menu — writing, naming, organizing, and refining until it represents your business the way it deserves to be represented.

4. Receive your finished menu
Your updated or brand-new menu lands in your inbox ready to use — clean, professional, and built around your brand. One round of revisions is included with every project.

Adding a new treatment or add-on to your menu? We will write the protocol description, name it beautifully, and make sure it fits seamlessly into your existing offerings.

Tiered Staff Pricing
Have a team with different experience levels? We will help you structure and communicate tiered pricing in a way that feels professional, transparent, and easy for clients to understand.

Want to offer memberships but do not know how to structure or describe them? We will help you design the tiers, name them, and write descriptions that make clients want to sign up on the spot.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Most projects are turned around within 3 to 5 business days of receiving all of your information. Larger projects or those requiring back-and-forth communication may take slightly longer — we will always give you a timeline upfront.

  • Not at all. Many clients come to us with a general idea and we help shape it. The more information you can give us the better — but if you are not sure where to start, just tell us what you offer and what you want clients to feel when they look at your menu. We will take it from there.

  • Absolutely — we work on projects of any size. A single service description is billed at our standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments. No project is too small.

  • Yes — if you have an existing brand voice, existing copy you love, or specific language you use consistently, send it to us and we will match it. If you are building from scratch we will establish a voice that fits your brand and your target client.

  • After we deliver your finished menu you have the opportunity to send back one round of feedback — changes, tweaks, anything that does not quite feel right. We incorporate your notes and send back the final version. Additional revision rounds are available at the standard hourly rate.
